A case with a much rare scenario has been filed in the city of Pune, Maharashtra where a group of villagers from Rajguru Nagar filed a complaint against the Colonel Kedar Gaikwad and his battalion consisting of some 40 personnels. In the complaint the villagers claimed that the colonel and his army boys tried threatening the villagers using arms. The army men also were complainted of indulging in the fistfights with the villagers.

The reason behind the incident is revealed to be an two week old dispute between the Colonel Kedar's father and a man named Sunil Bharne. According to the Colonel, Sunil had illegally occupied the land legally owned by his father which caused the dispute that continued till date while, Sunil claimed that purhased this land for the farming purposes.

After hearing about the dispute, Colonel Kedar reached the village with his battalion and fought with the people. The complaints have been filed and a notice has ben sent to the Indian Army to seek permission to proceed with further procedure.
